Cowboy Caviar

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
2/3 c green onion chopped
2 c tomatoes, chopped
1 pepper red or green chopped
2 TBS vingar
1 1/2 tabasco sauce
2 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all together and serve with chips or as a salad (I added zuchini and yellow squash chopped)
